Looking for ways to listen to live Pigeons? We got you covered!

Nugs (Paid)

First off, there’s nugs.net. This is where the band uploads their official soundboards. It is NOT free, you can either buy shows for download or pay for a streaming subscription. You can listen on their website, or using one of their mobile apps.

Live Music Archive (Free)

If you’re looking for free live Pigeons, the Live Music Archive at the Internet Archive is the way to go. The recordings here are mostly audience recordings, though there are plenty of soundboards there too. All of the shows are streamable from their website. Also, when you look at our Setlists section, when you see the icon for a show, that means that you can play the show directly from the setlist page using our embedded player. While there aren’t any official mobile apps, there are plenty of 3rd-party players available. However, the top 2 seem to be Relisten (Apple) and TapersSection (Android).

One of the nice things about the Live Music Archive is that in addition to streaming, you can also download shows:

  • Go to the show’s page on archive.org. You’ll see a box on the right that says “Download Options”. You’ll usually want to choose between VBR MP3 (lossy) or FLAC (lossless). 
  • Click the link for the format you choose (i.e. VBR MP3). The box will expand and list all of the files for the show.
  • At the top-right of the list, there will be a button that says how many files are there. Click that button, and you will be able to download a zip file of the show.

Spotify (Free/Paid)


Spotify is an online music-streaming service. You can listen for free (with ads) or play without ads with a Spotify Premium subscription.

YouTube (Free)


Obviously a video site, but there are plenty of full shows and sets available on YouTube. Here are a couple places to look:
